What is your returns policy?Sublimated & Personalised items Unfortunately, unless faulty, we are unable to offer returns for all sublimated or personalised products (this includes names, numbers, initials, sponsors, club logos/badges, etc). We therefore stress the importance of checking all aspects of your order, in particular any artwork/spelling and also making sure to reference our sizing guide as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect ordering. Non Faulty Returns All customers have 14 days (from the date of receiving their goods) to return items to us. We ask for an initial notification via email and then we are very happy to refund for all qualifying products as long as they are returned to us in their original packaging and clearly in an unworn condition. Upon successful inspection refunds will be issued for the price paid for the garment only (does not include delivery refund). Returns should be sent to: Futera Team UK Unit 3 Mariners Court Lower Street Plymouth Devon PL4 0BS Exchanges For anyone wishing to exchange items, we politely request customers to follow the 'Non Faulty Returns' policy and then reorder the new preferred item as a separate order. Faulty Returns In the unfortunate event that an item should arrive to you in a faulty or unsatisfactory condition then please get in touch asap. We can then email a pre paid returns label to you or arrange for the item to be collected. Once it has been received by us and checked we will be in touch to discuss either processing a full refund or sending out an alternative product. We allow up to 28 days for faulty goods to be returned to us from the date they were received. After this time we are unable to refund or exchange goods.

Is there a minimum order?For sublimated kit orders we have an initial minimum order of 10 items of the same design. There is no minimum order for future sublimated orders or training/teamwear.

Can I order a mixture of womens and mens cut items in the same kit order?We are fully aware that people come in all shapes and sizes. So yes, you can order any number of womens, mens and youth items in the same kit order.

I love your kit, but I’m not part of a club. Can I buy something from your site as an individual?Absolutely. You don’t need to be part of a club to order from us.

Do you have a size guide?Yes we do. It can be found on our website in the drop down menu on the 'Our Range' section.

We are a hockey club and are interested in ordering from you. Do you only supply football kits?Not at all, we supply teamwear that can be worn across a variety of sports, including hockey! Our website showcases our ranges that suit many sporting arenas.

Can we order samples?We do have the option for customers to order samples from us; there is a fee for this service which is fully refundable on their return. However, we are based in Plymouth and anyone is most welcome to visit our Futera Team UK office to look through our full product range. Alternatively, we are very happy to create bespoke videos and photos for anyone wanting to see certain products or sizes.

Do I get a better deal the more items I buy?We actually charge the same price for 1 item as we do for 1000. The reason for this is that all clubs buy their kit differently. Some may choose to buy in one large order, whereas others rely on players or parents to buy individually from their club shop - and we don't feel these individuals should pay more if this is the preferred method their club chooses to go with. So it is one price for all!

Are there any hidden costs to your advertised prices?There are no hidden costs. Where it is applicable VAT is included within the advertised prices. The only additional costs will be if personalisation is required on non sublimated products (but prices are quite clear for this on the info for each item) and there is also a delivery charge that is added at checkout.

Does it cost extra to add logos, sponsors, numbers and names to teamwear?When ordering fully sublimated teamwear all personalisation can be fully printed into the fabric of the jersey at no extra cost. This includes individual names and numbers. If a garment requires heat press for your personalisation then there is an additional charge. This works out at £2.50 per small logo (Club Logo/Initials/Number) or £3.00 per large logo (Name/Sponsor/Number). Embroidery is also available on certain product lines but due to size and colour variations we quote for this on an individual basis.

Can you invoice our sponsor directly?Of course, we never mind who pays the bill! 😁 We are also very happy to split bills if required.

My daughter is part of the England Netball Performance Pathway. Are you looking for more Futera Stars?The door is always open for new Futera Stars. Whilst we may be at capacity for the current calendar year, we do welcome enquiries from potential Futera Stars in order to assist our selection process for the following 12 months.

Do you have any specific washing or ironing instructions?We recommend washing items at a maximum of 40 degrees as soon as possible after use to prevent stains sitting in the fabric for too long. Air drying is preferable for all garments and if ironing is required then we would always suggest turning products inside out and never iron directly onto heat pressed graphics.

How much is delivery?For all orders that require delivery to a private address of your choice we charge the following postage: Orders under £150.00 - £4.95 £150.00 - £350.00 - £6.95 £350.00 - £750.00 - £9.95 £750.00 and over - £18.95 To avoid any delivery costs, all customers have the option of collecting items from our Plymouth office.

Do you deliver to our Club or can it be sent an individuals house?We can do either. Savings can be made by having kit centrally delivered (or collected), but we are very happy to send individually ordered kit to any private address within the UK.

I notice your office is in Plymouth. I live locally, can I collect my order from you?Yes, of course. During the ordering process you have the option to state 'collection'. Once ticked this will give you collection instructions and avoids a delivery charge being added to your order. However, please always contact us before travelling just to make sure we are there!

Do you deliver outside of the UK?Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of Mainland UK.

Please make yourself aware of the additional Terms & Conditions that apply to all work undertaken by Futera Team UK:* Once instructed to design playing kit and/or teamwear, Futera Team UK Ltd retain the right to use these designs for any future marketing purpose they wish. This is regardless of whether the kit has been purchased for use by the club or not. * We understand that clubs have a history of similar colours and designs. However, when ordering similar/identical kit designs that have been previously issued by another supplier please make yourself aware of any breaches of Intellectual Property or copyright restrictions you may have previously been issued with. Due to not being privy to this information Futera Team UK Ltd will accept no responsibility for any legal infringements associated with the design of your teamwear. When purchasing kit with Futera Team UK Ltd, the individual or club responsible for the order therefore accept full legal responsibility for any copyright issues that may arise from all kit designs assigned to you. * All teamwear graphics issued are to be used as an 'artists impression' guide only. Whilst we will make every effort to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, Futera Team UK cannot be held responsible for any slight colour/pattern variations that may occur. There are a number of reasons why these variations can happen. Common reasons include - A wide variety of monitors/screens are used to view graphics and colours/resolution vary from device to device / Designs can alter when being duplicated onto different sized garments / Stock availability can lead to a variation in the inks used and also our printing techniques will inevitably change over time. * The printing process of sublimation may lead to regular very small ink imperfections on the clothing. These can range from unnoticeable pin head sized dots, up to some that can on rare occasions be as large as 5mm in diameter. If these imperfections are very small then Futera Team UK Ltd will not replace these items of clothing if we feel the markings are minor enough that they do not have a detrimental affect upon the visuals of the garment. However, as a company we do have a tolerance level that means we will replace free of charge any clothing where the marking is large enough, or in a prominent position. Our quality control team will have checked all garments before our customers receive them, but if you do feel as though an imperfection of a size that affects the visuals of a piece of clothing has been missed, then please get in touch for us to reassess.
